S. K. Patil was a former mayor of Bombay and a former Minister of Railways in India. Abnashi Ram had in his possession a copy of S. K Patil’s business card, which details his Marine Drive address and work address in New Delhi, as well as both telephone numbers.

Inscription on the back of photograph reads: “Dr. F. Guyton (Mr. A.R’s Adopted Father). Dr. Guyton operated on Ram's tonsils during the 1920s, and they remained close friends until Dr. Guyton's death in 1967.
