Dear Sir:

As per article VIII of the constitution of the Community I would request the Secretary to circulate the following amendment to the constitution thirty days in advance so that it could be considered for passage in our biennial general body meeting in December, 1992:

Article X
Section (1) The Community shall have a chaplain ( an ordained Catholic Priest ) who shall have the option to attend and participate any meetings of the executive committee or any committees of the Community with right to vote.
