DESCRIPTION
The August 1925 edition of the The United States of India (Vol. 3, No. 2) features the following headlines and articles: "The North Western Railway Strike," "The Akali and the Gurdwara Bill," "Delegates From Many Countries Attend Demonstration in Peking," "Ancient India and Her People," and, "The Economical Condition and Status of British India" by D.V. Pandya (continued from last issue). A short obituary for William Jennings Bryan is also included, with the note "He was a great friend of India and humanity indeed."
