My dear Mr. Ellis,

I am glad to receive your letter and very sorry to hear about the health of Gen. Dodge. I thank you for your kindly forwarding my letter. I shall very soon forward my share for the history. I am doing well here. I expect to send you a man next year at N.U. I have written to HW Earle? Please let me know all about N.U.? I shall see the old N.U folks at Seattle as soon as I shall be back there. I have been appointed one of the directors of the above company (of course I have to work as a honorary member). The "cut" is all right. Yes I think that my coming to west has served some good to me. My best wishes to you. Please remember me to Prof. Roberts whom I failed to write for want of time. With best wishes to you. I beg to apologise for forgetting to mention about Miss Storey in my last letter. Please give her my regards.

Yours very truly
T. Das

P.S. Write to me at my Seattle address. 707, 13th Ave North.
