Mr. Taraknath Das,
University Station,
Seattle, Wash.

Dear Mr. Das:

After a silence of some time, I write you again. I am very desirous of hearing from you and knowing what you are doing. I expect to issue the history now in about six weeks. We have got to issue it in three volumes, which will average about seven hundred pages each.

The University is continuing about the same. I believe that they have a very good class this fall.

Mr. Earle is here visiting. He has just returned from a cruise in Europeon waters. He visited Ireland, Germany, Norway and Gibraltar. He leaves here tomorrow for Annapolis. He inquired about you and was interested to know of your success.

Very truly yours,

PROVENANCE
