A document co-signed by organizations calling for “an alliance against fascist dictatorship in India.” The six groups, the Indian People’s Association of North America (IPANA), Indians for Democracy (IFD), Committee for Freedom in India (CFI), Committee of Concerned Indian Students (CCIS), New India Coalition (NIC), and Indians for Political Freedom (IPF), discuss the possibility of an alliance on the common cause of ending Emergency rule in India, freeing all political prisoners, ending censorship, stopping forced sterilization, and others.
