DESCRIPTION
Letter dated July 5, 1949 from S.K. Kirpalani, Consul General of India, to G.R. Channon in regards to the arrival of the Indian Ambassador to the U.S., Mrs. Pandit, to San Francisco. Kirpalani wished Channon to spread the news to other local Indians so the Ambassador could be greeted by many people.
