DESCRIPTION
Letter dated June 10, 1949 from S.K. Kirpalani, Consul General of India, to G.R. Channon in regards to the welcome reception for the arrival of the Indian Ambassador to the U.S., Mrs. Pandit, to San Francisco. Kirpalani requested to know whether a central committee of Indian nationals or all local Indian nationals should be invited to the reception.
