"If India Loses, We Lose"
DESCRIPTION
Article titled "If India Loses, We Lose" by Frances Gunther in the October 1942 issue of Common Sense. Gunther argues that the U.S.’ counter-revolutionary intervention during the Russian Revolution forced a potentially democratic movement into authoritarian channels, and that a similar situation, with all its attendant potential consequences for global society, was unfolding as a result of the U.S.’ lack of official support for the Indian Revolution.
