DESCRIPTION
Minutes for a meeting held at the office of India's Consulate General (S. K. Kirpalani) establishing a reception committee for Indian Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru's visit to California. J.N. Sharma was elected chairman of the committee, with Mehar Singh Segera as treasurer and Godha Ram Channon as secretary. Ram Chandra, Karam Chand, K.L. Dixit, Ram Bagai, Nanalal Patel, and several others are also listed as committee members.
