DESCRIPTION
Letter from Mumtaz Kitchlew to Abnashi Ram, dated December 3, 1969 and postmarked from Chicago. Kitchlew thanks Ram for previous letters and newspaper clippings, laments that he has been unable to relax due to working constantly, and mentions that he is no longer licensed to drive due to failing a vision test. He also discusses the good fortune of their mutual friend Dr. Harish Bhalla, complains about the "poisonous" nature of "cannabis indica," and applauds Ram's friend Dr. Amarjit Marwah for the successful establishment of a gurdwara in Los Angeles.
