Letter from Nityanand Kanungo to Abnashi Ram. Kanungo, the Indian Minister of Law, Development, Commerce, and Labour, proposes an idea in which Indian farmers currently living in the US would be recruited back to India to work in commercial farming. He asks Ram to provide dates he will be available so that Ram can visit and meet with Kanungo and the Governor, Asaf Ali.
