Letter from S.K. Patil to Abnashi Ram

DESCRIPTION
Letter from S.K. Patil to Abnashi Ram, asking Ram to convey that the people of India love the United States and what it has done for them. He says that senators and media outlets in the US have goodwill for India in turn, but sometimes President Nixon, Henry Kissinger, and other members of the presidential administration do not seem to; similarly, in India the people and the government “do not talk the same language.”
