DESCRIPTION
Letter from R.R. Saksena to Abnashi Ram, agreeing with Ram’s assertion that segments of Indian society have become corrupt and selfish. Saksena goes on to say that India’s trade with the United States has suffered in recent times, and that Pakistan is “resolved to place fresh obstacles” in India’s way. He also mentions that Mr. and Mrs. Watumull have been visiting for several weeks.
