Letter dated May 29, 1944 from Reverend Professor Chas. D. Spotts, Secretary of the Commission on Christian Social Action Evangelical and Reformed Church, to Senator Richard B. Russell, Chairman of the Senate Committee on Immigration. Reverend Spotts wrote in support of Bills H.R. 4415, H.R. 4479, and S. 1595, which if passed, would permit the naturalization of Indian nationals in the United States.
