DESCRIPTION
Program found in the papers of Godha Ram Channon, printed for an event associated with the “Reception Committee.” This was likely the reception committee tasked with welcoming Indian Ambassador Vijaya Lakshmi Pandit to San Francisco; the program included piano and violin recitals, a dance performance, and addresses by Jalwant Singh (in English) and Godha Ram Channon (in Hindustani).
