Interviews with Rashmi Choksey and Manoj Kumar

DESCRIPTION
These recordings and accompanying materials mark two moments in Satrang’s evolution as an organization. The first, in 2008, is when the organization conducted a needs assessment in collaboration with South Asian Network (SAN) as a fiscal sponsor. As Rashmi explains in her interview, this was something that had never been done before and was a key marker of understanding how Satrang could support and enhance their impact. The second is when Satrang became a 501(c)3, fifteen years after its formation. This effort was spearheaded by Manoj Kumar, helped by several other members. Becoming a non-profit allowed Satrang to grow further through grants and fundraising.
