Instagram caption: A couple weeks ago, I got the opportunity to share my story on Global News. It was a huge win - not just for me but for everyone out there that lives with an invisible illness. We had the chance to create awareness on such a huge platform nation wide. To be seen and take up space that we deserve. To everyone involved, right from pitching the story to those that played their part by sharing it with their friends and family, thank you for helping destigmatize invisible illnesses.
