DESCRIPTION
This is a factsheet prepared by SAALT (South Asian Americans Leading Together) to raise awareness about the extent and scope of bias resulting from perceptions related to outsourcing. It provides information on what outsourcing is, why there is public concern over it, and why South Asians in the United States should be concerned with the public response to outsourcing. The document also includes examples of bias related to outsourcing and recommendations and suggestions for addressing and preventing outsourcing-related racism.
