DESCRIPTION
The August 1924 issue of the United States of India (Vol. 2, No. 2) published from the headquarters of the "Pacific Coast Hindustani Association" at No. 5 Wood Street, San Francisco opens up with a "cable congratulations" to Irish nationalist Eamon De Valera from the Hindustan Gadar Party. The issue contains two articles: "Ireland and India" by Jack Carney, and "The Mahatmaji and the Swarajists." A full page is devoted to portraits of "Martyrs of India."
