My dear Friend:

This is just to advise you that Her Excellency (Shirimati) Mrs. V. L. Pandit the Ambassador of the Government of Indian to the Government of the United States at Washington, has graciously accepted the Dinner Invitation of our people residing in Northern California.

The Dinner will be held on the Evening of Friday July 22nd.

Mrs. Pandit will be arriving here by plane from Los Angeles late in the afternoon of Tuesday July 19th.

All East Indians and their friends are requested to join the Reception Committee to welcome Mrs. Pandit upon her arrival at the San Francisco Airport.

(Time and place of the Dinner and the exact time of her arrival will be announced later).
