DESCRIPTION
This update on the Class of 1918 includes a letter from Kamala (Cornelius) Asirvatham describing her stay in the United States and her success in fundraising for the "Kumarappa Memorial Fund," which supported a hospital ward in a small village near Madras in memory of J. C. Kumarappa. The letter also describes Ms. Asirvatham's travels, impressions of Washington, D.C., her husband's availability for lectures in the United States, and the course of her return travel to India.
