My dear Bhai ji

I have much pleasure in forwarding a formal receipt for the sum of $101.00 kindly donated by you towards the Gadar Ashram Building Fund as initiated under Resolution No.2 adopted at the meeting of our community on the 26th January 1951. I assure you that I deeply appreciate your valued and generous cooperation which contributed so greatly to the success of our Republic Day Celebrations.

2. I am also enclosing a statement of account relating to -

(a) donations received from the Members of the Republic Day Celebration Advisory Committee; and

(b) expenditure incurred on the occasion.
