Know Your Constitutional Rights, Multilingual Wallet Cards



DESCRIPTION
This document provides information on the constitutional rights of individuals when interacting with immigration agents. It advises individuals not to open the door if an immigration agent is knocking, not to answer any questions from an immigration agent, not to sign anything without speaking to a lawyer first, and to ask if they are free to leave if they are outside their home. The document also includes a card that can be shown to an agent, stating that the individual does not wish to speak with them, answer their questions, or sign any documents based on their 5th Amendment rights under the United States Constitution.
