SAMAR Magazine Issue #15 (Summer/Fall 2002)
Issue 15 of SAMAR, published for Summer/Fall 2002, opens with an editorial that reflects on the effects of post-9/11 homeland security policies, and contains a special forum section titled "Dogmas of War."
