To the left of Khurshed is his mother Mehra Coyajee (divorced at time of wedding) and her colleague and friend Dr. Rustom Cooper.

In her oral history interview, Teshtar describes her experience of becoming a Mobediar, teaching religious classes to Zoroastrian kids, and performing muktad prayers at her home.
