Oral History Interview with Mohammad Zahid Hossain
Dr. Mohammed Zahid Hossain was born in Khulna, Bangladesh and was the eldest of 8 children. Dr. Hossain studied in Khulna and then moved to Dhaka to pursue his bachelor's and master's degrees from Dhaka University in Biochemistry. After graduating, Dr. Hossain worked as a lecturer at Dhaka University before winning the prestigious East-West Center Scholarship.
